Infinity Blade is not open world, it is more like a rails shooter. Your character is restricted to preset paths, and repeating these paths more than once or twice. It is beautiful, and the combat is exciting, just dont over blow it. This ain’t no skyrim.

Open experience? Hilarious. Customize your character? Well, I guess if chosing whether to increase your health or attack or whatever at each level, and being able to buy slightly different gear is customization. Other than that, you’re killing same stuff over and over. You have no ability to move around the world freely. There’s absolutely nothing open about about it, and character customization is bare minimum.

On Infinity Blade 2, I have been through the credits about 7 times – It just starts me over to the next rebirth – Going through the same fights over and over again – I don’t see anything about gameplus – And also – How do you get to the black question mark weapons? I figured that had something to do with game plus – What do you mean, fall through the floor after defeating Thane for the 3rd time? I just keep restarting after going through the credits and nothing says game plus – Thanks for any help that you can give me -

@nyghthawk, New Game+ is unlocked when you master all available weapons and can no longer level up. Most of the blacked out weapons are unlocked in New Game+. A couple are unlocked by equipping certain items in a specific room of the castle. I do not know which items unlock what, though, or where they are unlocked. I know this to be true, however. Just google “Infinity Blade 2 item list”.

This guy knows little about IBII. I can write a 10 page review if I wanted. And you only beat Thane twice before part of the floor lowers. You don’t fall through the floor. The game isn’t exactly open, it’s on-rails. Tap to move.

And there is more after beating thane, your review is very plain

@Ausar, if you think you can write a better review, then why don’t you? This review beats out any better non-existing review at any time. Oh and thank you to the author of this plain, yet useful, review.

The dark invisible gears can be unlocked by going to an specific room with six opening gates in the right and the left. There are a symbol on each door that’s representing a curtain item. All you have to do is to own that item, and it will let you get the gear inside.

P.S: If I was you I would care about the cost of the represented gear on each door, because the gear you get has a value of 2-3 times as expensive as the gear required!

Wow, so much negativity around this site. I thought the article was solid. No noticeable errors in the walkthrough that I can see. Nice job.
