    Basic Tips & Recommended Attacks

Flash is all about speed. He doesn’t have anything ranged – he’s all about getting up close and personal with his opponents. That’s where he excels, overwhelming his enemies with a flurry of attacks.

Time Loop (Character Power): This power activates “Bullet-Time” and slows his opponents down. But, the Flash will continue to move at normal speed.

Greased Lightning (Combo): One of two basic combo attacks.

Fastest Man Alive (Combo): A trickier combo that hits harder, but still simple to use for a beginner.

Lightning Kick (Special): Unremarkable alone, but use this with Meter Burn to hit your opponent hard.

Lightning Charge (Special): Unleash this charge to cross distance and hit hard. The faster charge option, though Flash has one other important set of charge attacks.

Running Man Stance (Special): Entering this stance allows Flash to use three different charges. Use forward and any of the three attack buttons to thrust forward. The attack is slower to activate than Lightning Charge, but there’s nothing better for playing mind-games with your enemy.

    VS Yellow Lantern

Another Lantern fight – use the same strategies as Batman. Get up close, and punish Lanter for using unsafe ranged attacks like the missiles or minigun.

Slow down time if you’re having trouble, but there’s not much Yellow Lantern’s AI can do against an onslaught of attacks. Use Lightning Kick, Lightning Charge, or even the Flying Uppercut to swat Lantern out of the sky.

    VS Solomon Grundy

Nothing to worry about here. Grundy is a tough guy, but Flash’s flurry of combos will overwhelm him easily. Just keep mashing those quick combos, and Grundy won’t have an answer.

If you play offensively, Grundy will attempt to Clash. Save your meter, and use it all up when he attempts it – if he has lots of health left. If he doesn’t use about half your meter. Don’t let him regen too much.

Grundy will try to knock you back – don’t let him! Close the distance. No need to stay in air. Keep moving forward, use Charge or Running Man, and you’ll have Grundy under control.

    VS Sinestro

Another ranged controller? Flash is well-suited to dealing with these guys. Throw away your fears and blitz Sinestro with fast combos.

Use the motorcycle on the right, or attempt to knock Sinestro into the mansion to use the many hazards inside.

Sinestro is similar to Yellow Lantern, but he’s got more ranged attacks. His character power summons three glowing energy balls – it’s annoying, and there’s not much Flash can do but wait these out.

    VS Green Arrow

Yet another ranged opponent. Use the same strategy. Slow down time and pummel Arrow. If you keep up the onslaught, Arrow will have to respond with his Hurricane Bow.

If you’re getting hammered with ranged attacks, use Speed Dodge to escape.

The stage features a large computer display on the right side, and a special disruptor field Flash can activate if he’s cornered. Use both if Arrow is giving you trouble.

    No character creation mode, bah..
Even Wrestling games have character creation mode.

Wrestling is technically a sport, so the introduction of new characters (hence, create a wrestler) is plausible. Injustice is a licensed franchise from DC and they would never allow a create-a-fighter option.

    @Theghost
But doing it in DC Universe online its ok right?

I’m just saying that I believe we have to break this barrier in gaming. I’m Hispanic and I wont buy this game or any fighting game that does not implement a character customization option. I don think its worth a 60 dollar price tag on something I can finish in a day without it having replay value. I mean there isn’t even an Asian superhero for crying out loud. Not to mention the1 token black guy.

I for one love games so much that these industries don’t care about catering to the player and that’s the reason no one is buying there games. Then they start whining that they didn’t hit there sales mark because they believe people are pirating. No its because they cater to one demographic.

While I appreciate the Character Game Guide (very useful)
I would prefer the guide to be in the format that you used for Mortal Kombat
ie One use a universal Key 1,2,3,4 for the buttons (or atleast make some sort of key so that we can id the difference between the X-Box 360 and PS3 versions) and
    secondly
Apart from just speaking out what you are inputting can you also write the combo down (just like you did in the MK Videos) That may be a lot easier for certain people (it certainly was for me) instead of trying to strain their eyes on what is on the side screen (ie the small display of buttons input display)

I hope that I haven’t offended anyone with any of my comments and I am wondering if you are going to put up anymore videos of characters in the future. Also please show Enhanced Versions of the Super Moves and can you also tell what are the Strengths and Weakness of a character. Ie Lex Luthor may be a strong character but has slow speed but doesn’t have that many combos etc… and who a said character has an advantage against and who he is weakened/disadvantage against.

I hope that you consider my suggestions and don’t consider my post as Spam even though it is in my name. :)

My Bad I carefully noted your videos after a couple of watching so I can now see the button display for the combos though a universal key might be a bit easier, it is still better than nothing.

Would like a lex luthor video as well.
Also the other suggestions though please consider them
