Irrational Games Will Release Bioshock Infinite Info in July

Players eagerly awaiting DLC for Bioshock Infinite will have to wait until the end of July to find out what it entails.

Speaking to Joystiq, a spokesperson for Irrational Games stated that the studio will only have some solid information available about the project they’re working on by the end of the month, and not before. It’s unclear whether the content currently in development pertains to the promised DLC contained within the DLC Season Pass or whether it’s something else altogether.

Irrational has previously confirmed plans to release three DLC packs for Bioshock Infinite, containing “hours of additional gameplay” with new stories, characters, abilities, and weapons.

Irrational boss Ken Levine had also previously stated that the studio has been developing said DLC since the game shipped, so hopefully July’s information release will pertain to the game’s three big DLC packs and not something less.
