John Carmack Declines to Comment on DOOM 4 Development (QuakeCon)

Well, I guess that’s that, then.

At the tail end of John Carmack’s annual QuakeCon keynote, he did a little Q&A with attendees. When one of said attendees asked Carmack to comment on DOOM 4 development, he declined, noting that he “asked” beforehand if he could speak about it (probably meaning he ran it by Bethesda PR), but that he was “not allowed” to.

Well, but please?
