Kaos Studios Shut Down

Since its release in March, Homefront has sold 1.85 million copies. A Gamasutra report says THQ has rewarded the studio responsible for that game, Kaos, by shutting it down completely, leaving THQ Montreal in charge of the franchise.

THQ also shut down Digital Warrington, the studio responsible for the Juiced racing franchise and the recent Red Faction: Battlegrounds.

THQ, cutely, has invited those who find themselves unemployed by this turn of events to apply for jobs at the company’s other, still-existing studios, where they are aggressively shopping for talent.
