LA Noire Coming to PC in November (With System Requirements)

Yes, LA Noire is finally making its way to the Great Platform, and you’ll be able to play it on November 8 in a retail package, on Steam and OnLive. The PC version, which will be referred to as LA Noire: The Complete Edition, will include all the DLC released thus far. And it’ll support NVIDIA 3D Vision.

And here are the confusing system requirements:

  • Operating System: Windows 7 / Windows Vista Service Pack 1 / Windows XP Service Pack 3 / OnLive for PC or Mac;
  • Processor: Intel Dual Core 2.2GHz to Quad Core 3.2GHz / AMD Dual Core 2.4Ghz to Quad Core 3.2Ghz;
  • RAM: 2GB to 8GB;
  • Hard drive space: 16GB;
  • Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT 512MB to NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580 1536MB / Radeon HD 3000 512MB to Radeon HD 6850 1024MB;
  • Sound Card: 100% DirectX 9 Compatible;
  • DVD Drive.
I don’t know why it provides a range of things. I would think the upper range is the recommended, but that would be putting a GTX 580 and a Radeon 6850 on the same level, and that’s just ridiculous.

Geez, the whining starts early. I’m glad this is coming to PC. Looked like a cool game. Looks like I’ll get a chance to play it!

I was thoroughly disappointed with LA Noire. Didn’t live up to the hype at all. Not worth the $60.

But, it’s always a good thing when PC gets things.

Thats why you gotta keep a Good PC and a PS3 for all your console only games :)

I dont even dig console very much, but once and a while they put out a great exclusive.

I was going to get this on PS3 but now that I know this, of course I will wait ;)
