Laura Vandervoort Talks About Voicing Mary Jane in Spider-Man: Edge of Time (TRAILER)

Laura Vandervoort of “Smallville” fame is making her video game debut in Spider-Man: Edge of Time. She’s also playing an iconic character for Marvel fans: Mary Jane Watson. That’s kind of a big deal, and as you might expect, Activision and Beenox are making a bit of a big deal out of it by releasing a behind-the-scenes trailer in which Vandervoort discusses her experience.

You can check out the trailer below, which shows off a little of Mary Jane’s role for the dual-Spidey title that hits later this year. I don’t know about you, but I get the distinct impression that there might be a little bit of love triangle forming between Spider-Man, Mary Jane and Spider-Man 2099. If you throw in Black Cat (voiced by Kara “Starbuck” Thrace of “Battlestar Galactica,” Katee Sackhoff), then it’s sort of a love entanglement. Could be interesting.
