League of Legends Developer Starts Make-A-Wish Fundraiser

League of Legends developer Riot Games has started a fundraiser to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation after the non-profit, which helps sick kids realize their dreams, helped to bring an LoL fan named Joe and his dad out to Riot’s offices in Santa Monica, Calif.

Inspired by the visit, Riot started a fundraiser to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation that’ll “donate 100 percent of the RP (Riot Points) sale price for Joe’s favorite champion, Jax, and his Jaximus skin to Make-A-Wish. To make it easier to help, we’ll also be lowering the price of both the champion and skin by 50 percent during this period,” Riot posted on its blog. The fundraiser runs until May 18.

You can learn more about Make-A-Wish at wish.org in the U.S. and worldwish.org internationally. Riot Games also posted a few more photos from Joe’s Make-A-Wish visit on its blog, which you can check out right here.
