I have a friend that was tricked into a loan for classes he didn’t take he was trying to get into the system to cancelled class and update his status to withdrawal. The recruiters lied refused to return phone calls and finally the loans were processed, 3 weeks passed the deadline allowed for class withdrawal. How can he resolve the issue for their illegal tactics?
