Lord of the Rings: War in the North Walkthrough

- And now it’s on. His attacks are similar to the sorcerors you’ve faced thus far, transporting, hitting and running, and throwing fireballs. However, he takes damage easily at this point and quickly he’ll vanish altogether and transport in a fire-hammer troll. After you drop the troll he’ll bring in some reinforcements which make him harder to hit with arrows and bolts. This is his second phase and when you get him to the end of this energy bar, he will run off, of course. Grab what loot you can, and head to the proceed point.
- The first wave in the second Agandaur battle is similar, but when he gets pissed off, he’ll throw out an energy bubble. Then he’ll take to the skies and fly around you, but it’s not too hard to avoid. After he joins on the ground again, just face him down, and when he takes to the skies again, you’ll have the choice to bring Beleram down on him. Then he’ll fly back and forth with a lightning attack, but it’s easy enough to avoid. He’s a culmination of what you’ve faced before, but since he doesn’t call in reinforcements, he’s easier than some of the battles you’ve faced thus far. The final cutscene is appropriately epic.
- ACHIEVEMENTS: You earn two achievements by getting to this point, Hero of the North for dropping the boss, worth 80 points, and Victorious in battle for 25 points for completing the game. If you chose not to use Beleram during the final fight, you earn 20 points for the Eagle Savoir achievement as well.
