
It almost makes me laugh. You know, because it’s a pun.
In this wonderful issue of Wired magazine, we get to learn how to make a cake shaped like a Nintendo Wii from Martha Stewart. And thank God, because I had no idea what I was going to do for a centerpiece for my tupperware party this Sunday.
The interesting part of this whole thing, though, is how pervasive the Wii has become in our culture. What does it say now that Martha Stewart is sculpting the console out of baking products?

Unfortunately, the cake is inedible. To get it to stand up like that, they removed the baking soda, which makes it taste like crap, and then it’s also full of a bunch of sticks because of the dowels inside it. Yummy.
