Mass Effect 3 ‘Leviathan’ Story DLC Gets a Release Date

The first (not counting the Extended Cut) single-player story downloadable content for Mass Effect 3 will be yours within the month, if you’re still interested in paying for it.

Aug. 28 is the release date for Leviathan, the first piece of paid story DLC for ME3, and it concerns the Reapers. We’ve already done a spoiler-ific post about the DLC right here, so if you’re down with reading about it, feel free. Otherwise, you can wait for another two weeks for the release, which is comparable in size to “The Lair of the Shadow Broker” from Mass Effect 2, according to BioWare.

More information (but not much) can be found in BioWare’s post on the announcement.

I’ll read about it on the internet. I ain’t giving my money to encourage the spread of DLC-fever.
Death to DLC.

Cool, I can’t wait. If you hate DLC I have bad news for you. It’s not going anywhere any time soon.

I read the spoiler post just because I see no point in giving them any more money based on the slop they dropped on my delicious cake of a series.

A hefty fee for a DLC, but I’ll buy anyway. If not because I am still so much in love with the game (till right before the ending I’ll admit), at least to show Bioware that some are really eagerly waiting for further adventures in the ME universe. Please don’t give up !
