Mass Effect 3 PC, Xbox 360 Versions Pirated

Looking forward to playing Mass Effect 3 when it releases tomorrow? Well, pirates have been playing the game since this weekend, when illegal copies of the game, for both Xbox 360 and PC, were leaked via numerous torrent sites. The Xbox 360 version was actually the first to hit the torrent sites, and since then, the PS3 version has also allegedly been cracked.

In a quaint role reversal, the pirated PC version, while downloadable, is allegedly currently unplayable due to the requirement to be logged into Origin. While it won’t take long for a crack to be made that can circumvent Origin, and I don’t endorse piracy on any platform, it nonetheless feels good that detractors can’t accusingly point at the PC in this case.

On what platform will you be pirating playing Mass Effect 3?

Yep Just shows that ‘dumping’ on PC users is unfair & pointless.

PC being a haven for cracking and pirating games is just hogwash and has been a flawed argument from misinformed people. Console games ALWAYS get pirated first, just a fact.
