Metal Gear Rising Revengeance DLC Now Free

Konami has discounted Metal Gear Rising Revengeance and made its downloadable content available for free.

Metal Gear Rising Revengeance, which launched on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in February 2013, is now available for $29.99. “The lower price point gives new fans the opportunity to experience the game at a reduced price, with the added bonus free DLC packs that lengthen the overall experience,” Konami said.

While you play as cyborg ninja Raiden in the main game, the Jetstream DLC is a side story starring Brazilian lone swordsman Samuel Rodriguez as a playable character, and the Blade Wolf DLC is another side story with robot dog LQ-84i as a playable character.

Yesterday, Konami explained how Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain and Ground Zeroes will be linked and revealed details about the games’ pricing and release schedule.

Free is nice. But I already paid for all of it.

It would be nice if Kojima would give us some more info on the PC version, though.
