The Sights and Scenes of Metro: Last Light, in Screenshots

Metro: Last Light is a massive technical leap forward over its predecessor, Metro: 2033. This is pretty damn apparent in the environments and characters. Although the original game was—and remains—a beautiful game, Metro: Last Light is by far better-looking, and one that manages to be one of the most gorgeous games currently in existence.

While playing through Last Light, we snapped screenshots of some of the game’s many locales, vistas and events. Bear in mind that there may be spoilers abound in the screenshots you see before you, but we’ve done our best to keep the images from giving away too much of the game’s storyline, and instead picked these images for their depiction of Moscow’s underground Metro and the few above-ground locations you’ll have a chance to visit.
