Microsoft Will Share Halo 5 Details at this Year’s E3 in June

We had Master Chief penciled in to make an appearance at E3 2014, and now Microsoft has confirmed it will be ready to share details on the next Halo at this year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo.

The news comes from Microsoft Studios VP Phil Spencer. When asked, “What’s up with the next Halo?” on Twitter, he replied:

So we’ll learn more about Halo 5 sometime between June 9th and 12th.

Up to this point, Microsoft has done a bang-up job keeping a lid on any Halo leaks, and the only real information we have to go on at this point comes in the form of some concept art 343 Industries shared in January and the promise that Master Chief’s next adventure will be “something much more transformative.”
