Microsoft Has No Plans to Discontinue Games For Windows Live

First, exultation: Dark Souls is coming to PC! Then, dismay: it will use the dreaded Games For Windows Live service! Namco says that nothing’s set in stone as yet, but whole controversy is indicative of one thing: people really, really hate GFWL.

And yet, despite this outpouring of disdain, and the fact that Windows 8 will include XBOX Live support, Microsoft has perverse plans to keep supporting GFWL. In a statement issued to NeoGamr the computing giants made clear their intent to persevere, though they didn’t exactly explain how. So be warned! GFWL could be lurking somewhere, ready to pop out and be annoying when you least expect it!

Not only do i like games for windows live i have a solution to make the games work better and make this better for windows, make xbox live run on every game, add your own achiv if there isn’t any, and if the game is on xbox live already just use those, this way company’s wouldn’t have to do more work to do this, and you could still have it work
