Microsoft Launching Xbox One Media Remote in March

If the standard controller, touch controls for tablets and smartphones via SmartGlass, and the camera, motion sensor, and extensive voice control options via Kinect simply aren’t enough for all of your Xbox One navigation needs, there is now the Xbox One Media Remote.

Director of Programming Larry “Major Nelson” Hryb announced/unboxed the new product with a Vine post:

The remote is set for launch sometime in early March for $25 and features exactly what you would expect from a media remote. Unfortunately, it does not solve the problem of needing your existing cable box remote to access DVR and on demand programming.
