Rumors have been flying around that Microsoft was entertaining the idea of using Blu-Ray in the future depending on how things go. Microsoft’s Xavier Bringue has killed the rumors stating that there are no plans of the sort. Keep in mind that Bringue is also the co-president of a HD-DVD promotional group. Bringue claims that HD-DVD still has a chance against Blu-Ray considering it is the cheaper option. The Xbox 360 is also the cheaper option over the Sony PS3, but I truly believe that Sony will catch up next year.

ahahahahhahaha! Sony gna pwn microsoft with blu-ray and ps3. 360 is doing good now, but when the good games for the ps3 come out (mgs4, final fantasy 13/v13 etc.) 360 can say goodbye.

360 isn’t going anywhere.. I never understand why so many people are console loyal. All I’m saying is that the PS3 will catch up. There’s definitely room for 3 systems nowadays.

I own ‘em all so I don’t care which console catches up, although I am a big fan of my beautiful PS3 and it’s lovely Blu-Ray capabilities.
