Finally, I want to leave you with this exclusive look at a never-before-seen unit shown off during the panel. It may never see final release, but here’s hoping that they include it in the alpha:


By the way, our hands-on is coming shortly. We definitely liked it; even this early in development it offers a challenging, (though unbalanced) experience for players.

*NOTE: This sounds like a no-brainer, however the question came up enough in the panel that it bears repeating here. Scrolls is written in Java, just like Minecraft. Flash is only used to build the animations.
