Quick question, before jumping in 4.1, I'm a couple hundreds of days in, in the previous version. I know I can export my character, but is there anyway I can bring along the items and such? I never tried cheating, but if that's the only way, I'd be willing to do it, since I'd like to go back to where I was before.

Can cheating cause any future problems with the savegame?

Thanks in advance! Doing a good job as always, Cozur. Congrats.

Would it be possible for once the capital of a faction (especially Kings Landing!!) is taken, the lords of said faction become troubled and are more likely to join, and also make it so that the main goal for Renly, Stannis and Mace to take Kings Landing instead of mucking around taking Hayford, Deep Den and Silverhall

I haven't played ACOK since 2.1 & thought it was time to have another look so started a playthrough of 4.1 & have to say I was completely blown away with how beautiful it looks now. The maps, interiors & towns have so much detail that awesome is the best way to describe it all. Unfortunately then i joined a faction & went in to my first siege battle only to find the same old crap game play that's haunted M&B since it's first release. Hundreds of troops trying to climb up one ladder & finally getting over the wall to find hundreds of troops all trying to get through one archway that leads into the rest of the castle. For me a horrible, unplayable experience. Take note of how sieges are done in Prophecy of Pendor for example. Up to 3 ladders & open castle walls, it's so much more enjoyable to play. ACOK is such a good looking mod now it really deserves better. No way i'd donate to this at the moment but if you got it together with the gameplay & sprayed a few bugs i'd buy this mod in a heartbeat.

So you're basically disatisfied with the game itself, and you want me to fix it, rather than Taleworlds?

I mentioned Prophecy of Pendor which I've been playing relentlessly for months now. Those guys have very successfully changed it already. They didn't worry about what Taleworlds originally released, they just made it way better.

Cozur, get your head out of your *** and listen to your customers. "WE" are what keeps this mod alive. The amount of arrogance you continue to show to your community is just wrong.

Yeah, I approve. It would be good if you would add more ladders so that our infantry can rush from multiple directions, not only one ladder which will get most of them killed until they manage to get in the castle.

He tells you that it would be better to add more variations of the siege! An example that in another fashion there is an opportunity to capture locks using 3 ladders through which the infantry rises
