Changes weapon durability on enemy drops, consumable drop rates, and ammo drops. Works best with Survival Mode, Warfare mod, and any other situation where massive amounts of loot might be obtainable very easily. Or if you want to be a masochist and use it with the Desolation mod, which would make acquiring good gear to take a very long time.
*Weapons drop anywhere from 0% condition to 70% condition, but it is now much rarer than the vanilla game to find a 70% weapon. This drastically lowers the wealth you can gain from gun running, which extends the life of the game IMO.
*Ammo by itself no longer drop on NPCs (changed in UPDATE 3), and you find much less grenades. You can still get ammo from unloading weapons, but you will find very little. Purchasing and conserving ammo will now likely be necessary for you.
*All consumables have a very low drop chance.
*Artifacts can be dropped by anyone, but the chances are very rare. 1/1000 chance.

UPDATE: Every NPC now has a chance to drop every type of artifact detector, but at a very low chance. Svarog detectors are very rare though.
UPDATE 2: Now includes xqdcss's Less Ammo From Unloading mod. Not optional. I wanted to do this myself, but couldn't figure out how to do it (not a coder by any stretch of the imagination). Thank you to xqdcss and Alundaio for figuring this out :)
UPDATE 3: Final update. Increased the drops for everything slightly. Also re-added ammo drops and grenade drops back into the game from dead enemies, but at very limited amounts (no more than 10 bullets will be dropped for any weapons, and no more than 1 grenade of each type).
