I didn't think that you would release this so early. I haven't finished testing it yet, but that's fine I suppose.

Quickloading (of a quicksave, after some time) crash. Can you check/fix?
That is strange.I have no crashes on multiple systems.What your specs?
Maybe it's the HD Pack?
My specs:a new I3 6300, 16 GB RAM and 1 GB Radeon 7850 HD.....so no problem at all.
Whay your operating system? Idk to be honest, me and the people who tested it have no problem with crashes at all. I even tested this on three different PCs. However try this solution from venom mod page:
Create a config file in the "main" folder (something like 'quickload.cfg') with the text 'disconnect;loadgame quicksave' in it. then just reference the config in the 'wolfconfig.cfg' file with 'bind F9 "exec quickload.cfg" '
Win10 x64. It's not the HD pack, I removed and I have the same kind of crash.
Try this: quicksave, wait for some minutes and quickload. Crash.
Maybe it's a problem of the patch 1.42d with the quickload function.
This bug was persisting in the game since it's release. There is some forums from 2002 where people complaining about the same bug. However I never encountered this by myself. Try the solution above, this should help.

That was fast, WolfETPlayer :) . I see that the download is only 69MB in size, so the texture pack is just a small "test pack" at this stage?
HD Textures Pack is in separate "addons" download section.

I've reached the "Village1" map and so far and I've had several crashes "back to desktop". In "Escape1" and "Escape2" the game will crash if you're killed during that particular map.
On "Village1" the game crashed mid-map, for seemingly no reason at all. Here's the type of crash reports that I receive, the second report is from "Village1":

I don't think this is problem of my mod. Just tested mine and original knightmare patch in debug mode. Yes, there is some issues when you die, game can crash. But this doesnt happen not in debug mode. Will test original rtcw now. Try original 1.42d and see if you will have any crashes.
Someone even have this issues back in 2002 Rage3d.com

Nah, i mean original patch by Knightmare without any mods.
Just tested my mod, 1.42d and original game from steam. All of them have this bug. But it isn't every time i died or quick load. It is like 5th time of death right after loaded save and it crashes. Probably this is some Modern Windows issues with RTCW.
I've noticed this too with the Venom Mod, after a few quickloads the game crashes. But the original game rarely has crashes on my PC. I've done more than 5 quickloads in a row, without any issues. I think that modified .dll files could be the issue.
At the beginning it was fine to me as well. But after like a 5-10 quickloads it crashes again, even on vanilla RTCW. It is probably not modified dll bug. Back in the days when I was playing RTCW on WinXP there was a same bug, but instead of crashing game was freezing all AIs. I think this is the same bug but on win7 it causes crashes. Actually, I'm trying to install WinXP above Win7, to check my theory.
The one version that don't have this bug is ioRTCW. But ioRTCW have a lot of its own bugs.
I've been playing Baron's new "Venom Mod" release, Wolf, I experienced the same crashes that occur for me in "RealRtCW".
I noticed, however, when I look at all the screenshots that you and Baron post, that you both use the 1600x900 screen resolution, I don't use that. I use the 1920x1080 screen resolution, maybe this is the reason for the game crashes I experience?
I'm using 1920x1080 as well. Probably moddb.com just shrinking them. However I investigating this crashes with debug tool in visual studio. Hopefully I will fix this crashes.

I really enjoy this mod, I've been dreaming a long time ago to have M1 garand during the campaign, and the rebalancing is awsome as well! I like that realism!
Also, you should consider adding british weapons to the arsenal, since BJ is serving under allied command, so beside the Sten, a Lee Enfield, a Bren and maybe a Webley or Browning HP (silenced) would be nice.
It's good to see the russian arsenal too, but since the campaign does not any eastern front related levels at the moment, they are hardly more than some interesting content. :/
The MP34 is a mistery for me. The model and the animations are great, but far as I know it wasn't really used often by the german forces and we have far enough SMGs, so it seems a bit unnecessary.
But as I said, it's not only a great, but the best mod for RTCW!

Thanks for the feedback! I was also thinking about adding Bren, but there was some issues with the model. Maybe I will add this when there will be spare time.
I added russian arsenal just for possible works of mappers, modders. Also they will fit great in stalingrad and trondheim addons.
You have the point. MP-34 was rarely used indeed. But I was not using it in the game very oftenly. It is just exclusive weapon for Elite Guards, nothing more.
Кстати на счет всяких аддонов. А не планируешь добавить всетки имеющиеся в Летающих тарелках 3й вид гранат? Ну просто чтобы раз уж на то пошло, можно было бы запускать их на твоем патче.
Yeah, my toughts were the same about the Russian weapons; I hope that we can see some Stalingrad or Berlin-based maps in the near future.
Anyway personaly I customized the .ai and sound files (strictly for personal use only) a bit, I hope you don't mind. :)
I notified that the G43 does not have rechambering anitmation after reloading and the world model does not have magazine. Will it be fixed, or there are some limitations? Also some additional alt-fire modes would be awsome for the new guns. The MP44 for example could have single and auto fire modes and the Sten's silencer could be removable, etc.
Anyway these are just some toughts and ideas, the mod is already great! Thank you for your efforts! :)

I just ripped this model from some ET mod. I will try to fix the world model, but I don't promise anything about reloading, since I'm not really a good model/texture artist.
I was actually working on alt fire modes. But there was some source code difficulties. However it is possible. Maybe in the future.
You can combine the VENOM MOD with RealRTCW mod?

So... upon launching the game, the main menu doesn't appear. The mouse is there but it leaves a trail wherever I move it. Am I the only one experiencing this? Because the game is literally unplayable.
You seems to be the only one. Did you installed it correctly? All you need to do is copy .exe and .dll files inside your RTCW directory and replace them, and then place any .pk3 files in "main" directory. Also it is better if you install it on clean rtcw installation, just in case.
Thanks for the reply. I was able to get this mod working. I assume RealRTCW isn't compatible with Venom Mod? Because That's what I figured, and I accidentally left a few remnants of Venom Mod in the main folder before installing this mod.
Well,textures of Venom Mod is compatible with RealRTCW. You should use Optional HD Pack for RealRTCW, which uses many textures from Venom. You can find it on "Addons" section of my mod.
