Click on the "Skyrim Realistic Overhaul Part 1" link and it will get you to the right place. There you will see big red "Download now" button.

A.N.C.I.E.N.T. please tell me about compatibility with other mods.
Per example it is necessary to put SMIM since you also improve meshes?
It has compatibility issues with sound/music overhaul mods?
Why the animations, for what, creatures, NPC?

This mod contains only textures. Read the "readme" file.

That what i said about "data" file containing textures, meshes, animations, was to explain where is should be installed. I talked about in-game "data" file which must be overwritten.

Just wondering how much all these textures affect performance? I've noticed if I cram as many texture mods as possible, my frames begin to tank even without ENB/Reshade. Im running an i7 6700 and a GTX 1060 on SSE.

How much vram you have? What resolution, windows?
Textures should not affect fps too much.

How do you install this? I am new to mods, and am unclear on what you mean by "Extract data folder into your Skyrim installation and overwrite." Do you want me to extract the .7z file into Steam>steamapps>common>Skyrim?

Extract it where "data" file is. Simple.

Data file contains textures, meshes, animations, etc.
