The Conversion Pack is a comprehensive add-on to the original Battlefront II. It adds 25 new maps - including all of the maps from Battlefront 1 not originally featured in Battlefront 2, 5 new gamemodes, a new era, and a substantial amount of expanded unit content to the original game.

    Hello!
I'm having a problem when i try to load any map in the KOTOR era. All the new maps work flawlessly on the original eras, but when i try to load a map on the KOTOR era, it loads and then immediately crashes to the desktop.

Hey there! I really appreciate the content you've put into this mod, but I can't seem to get it to work! I'm 100% new to modding and have absolutely no idea what I'm doing besides following the instructions exactly as provided. I have a clean install of BF2 (the game has never been installed on this computer), then I installed the V2 conversion pack, then the 2.2 patch, then the 1.3 patch from the link you posted. When I start up BF2, the only changes I see are that I can now play any campaign mission. In the Instant Action menu, there are only the stock maps. Starting a game up, there are only the stock units. However, in the pause menu, there is the Free Camera and Fake Console option. That's the only thing new after installing the mod. Can you help me out? Thank you!

It sounds like you may have let the installer install to the wrong location. The 1.3 patch actually detects SWBF2 install location; the Conversion Pack installer does not.

I'd suggest you go ahead and try performing a manual install (there's an included FAQ doc that covers that). Start by extracting everything directly to your desktop.

Maveritchell, thank you so much for the fast response. I had a little trouble finding the FAQ doc, but I found it and it made everything work! Turns out the installer put the files in a LucasArts folder, as the doc stated. This is really amazing work, thanks for sharing it with everyone!

Hey Maveritchell, is there any ways you can upload a standalone file of the Order 66 gamemode from this mod? Or could you tell me what files I need to extract to have just that gamemode?

There's no real way to extract bits and pieces from a compiled mod like this; unfortunately, you can't do what you want to do.
