Mojang’s Scrolls Will Be Playable From Anywhere

Speaking at PAX over the weekend, Mojang’s Jacob Porser talked up Scrolls a bit, letting us in on a few exciting tidbits of information.

The most interesting bit is that the game will be multiplatform, although I’m not entirely sure what all that entails at this point. But building on that thought, he said that you’ll have a persistent online identity that you’ll be able oaccess from anywhere, including in a browser.

You will be able to log in from anywhere. You’ll even be able to play this through a web page. So you can be at work, you can be at home; you can have the downloaded version at home, and you can be on your lunch break and play a game of Scrolls.

Porser also talked about the game’s auction house and subscription service, which will give you a new set of scrolls each month. Thankfully, somebody got the full comments on YouTube. Here that is pour toi.
