Monolith Announces F.E.A.R. Sequel to be Named "Project Origin"

You may remember awhile back Monolith was asking fans to vote on several fan-submitted names for the sequel to F.E.A.R., the hit FPS. Well it looks like the votes are in, and the new name to look for on store shelves later on will be “Project Origin.” Says producer for Monolith, Troy Skinner:

“Our team really enjoyed letting the fans drive the naming process, and we are excited to expand upon the work we began in the original game and establish Project Origin as a premier gaming franchise in its own right.”

The sequel will pick up where the last game left off, with the mysterious Alma now having free reign, and her rage and supernatural powers threaten to destroy a major American city. The game is being produced for the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC; and it is sure to be one creepy game whenever it comes out.

I just realised that Alma (the girl in the picture) has a startlingly strange resemblance to ‘Naboo’ from the Mighty Boosh!
