Mortal Kombat (2011) Fatalities Guide

People might purport to care about other things, like the gameplay, the characters, or even — god forbid — the story, but everyone knows that Mortal Kombat is all about the fatalities. Ever since Messrs. Tobias and Boon dreamed their grisly dream, way back in the early nineties, the ability to gruesomely execute a defeated opponent has become practically synonymous with the Mortal Kombat franchise, as choruses of “Finish Him” echo all around.

2011′s iteration of the series is no different, offering up all manner of choreographed carnage. Below, you’ll find a curated list of all the game‘s Fatalities, including videos and information on how to unlock the bonus Fatalities in the Krypt.

ED. NOTE: Seven of the game’s 29 stages have what are known as “Stage Fatalities” — that is, the opportunity to use the environment to dispatch your opponent in a particularly gruesome way. These stages are:
