Motorstorm: Apocalypse Replaces Resistance 3 in Playstation 3D TV Bundle

We’ve just learned that the Playstation-branded 3D TV, which is coming out… some day and will allow two players to play splitscreen with each person’s view taking up the whole screen, will be bundled with Motorstorm: Apocalypse rather than Resistance 3 as was announced at E3.

One would have to think that Sony was aiming to release the bundle near Resistance 3′s launch, and I suspect they just weren’t able to hit that date. Thus, they expected there were more people out there with a passing interest in Motorstorm who didn’t buy that game than there will be for Resistance 3, which will probably make its way into the hands of any and all people who want it on or around launch day.┬áBut that’s just my guess.

I think Motorstorm would be more fun than a FPS for 3d. I mean, maybe Resistance is better than other brown&bloom shooters, but I’d definitely prefer Motorstorm to it.
