TheTanooki.com has a feature on a guy that turned an N64 console into a Tie Fighter by fusing an old Star Wars toy and a console he got at a yard sale for $1.
Okay, it’s actually pretty impressive. It takes a good amount of imagination to be able to see how something like this might work, and the result looks pretty cool.
In my dorkish way, I’m jazzed about it just as much as the next nerd.

Seen many mods of consoles and PC’s fused with Star Wars toys (best one being an Xbox mod with a 1996 Hasbro Millennium Falcon)…
The TIE Advanced x1 looks good – anyone for building an Imperial Star Destroyer, Vader helmet or Death Star mod????
