Navigate Dishonored with This Smartphone Map App
The city of Dunwall in Dishonored can be something of a confusing place, littered wit collapsed buildings and blocked side-paths. Running around to pick up all the collectibles and find all the sidequests can be tough when you’re not really all that sure where you’re going, and protagonist Corvo doesn’t have a map with which to navigate the city’s various districts.
Luckily, you have access to technology Corvo doesn’t — namely, a smartphone or a tablet. Should you have one of these items, you can grab the Dishonored Official Map app from BradyGames on Apple’s iOS platform (supposedly it’ll also be available on Google’s Android, but it’s not live on Google Play or the Amazon Appstore right now). If you’re a completionist, the $2.99 app might be worth the investment: it’ll show you the locations of hidden items like Sokolov Paintings, Bone Charms, Runes and Outsider Shrines. It’ll also give you tips on how to find them.
The app also lets you keep track of what you’ve discovered and what you haven’t, so you won’t have to wait until the end of each level for a rundown of what you’re missing, and have to replay a chapter to finish collecting.
The Dishonored Map App is available on iTunes here.
Combining stealth, magic, and gadgetry against overwhelming odds, Corvo hunts the men that betrayed him in Dishonored. Become a master assassin with Game Front’s Dishonored walkthrough and punish those that have wronged you with style.
