Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Garners 2 Million Downloads
Electronic Arts has announced that Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit is “the fastest downloaded Need for Speed demo in history.” Their basis for this claim? They also mentioned that the demo has been downloaded by over two million people in the two weeks it’s been available.
In addition to that eye-popping number, EA also tossed out a few more stats, like:
- Over 700,000 posts have been made on the Speedwall
- Over 5 million recommendations from friends on Autolog
- 54 million road miles have been raced
- 20 million cop busts have been made
You can get in on all the fun yourself next week when the game releases on PC, PS3, XBox 360 and Wii.
