New Battlestar Galactica Online Ship: Brimir Class Carrier
The free-to-play Battlestar Galactica Online has unveiled a new ship — it’s the biggest frakkin’ spacecraft yet: the Brimir Class Carrier, pictured above. Apart from its impressive size, this heavily armored vessel is also noteworthy for its ability to rapidly launch a squadron of strike craft.
The Brimir Class Carrier will be available for cubits this fall, the in-game currency that can be earned through gameplay, or purchased. If you’re a BSG fan, sign up to play free at the official website. We tried it and recommend you to try it as well.

Yes its a good game full of content, BUT very expensive if you want to be good. Bigpoint says that its completely free to play, dont believe them…
You just wanna play for a day or two? Okay, its free… You wanna be good? Then pay 100 euros……

Why spend money? I have been playing for a while and earned cubits by mining water and killing NPC’s. You also earn cubits for doing daily missions.
If you spent money to upgrade quicker, then you’re just a wallet warrior.

Always more satisfying to earn your rewards than just pay for them paying to be the best makes you a nobody

It is free to play and the only people that say
you need to pay aren’t willing to put the time in
to earn their stuff. I haven’t paid a dime, but have
made it to a really high level and own all but 2 ships.
Cubits (the main currency) can be earned in game and
isn’t really that difficult to get. You can pay to get
stuff faster, but it doesn’t equate to skill and ability
you achieve while fighting to earn it.
