New Contrast Screenshots Released, Launches Nov. 15

Puzzle platformer Contrast releases on Nov. 15, and developer Compulsion Games has released four new screenshots in preparation for the launch.

The concept for Contrast was initially based on a gameplay gimmick: the ability to shift between a normal, 3D world, and the projected 2D shadow world. From there, Contrast evolved, complete with a story, characterization, and rich 1920s film noir-inspired world.

The ability to manipulate the shadow world by moving objects and light sources is fascinating.

PC players can pre-purchase the Collector’s Edition of Contrast on Steam now. In addition to a 25% discount, Steam players will receive exclusive bonuses including the Original Sound Track composed of 15 music tracks from the game, and a special Contrast Programme containing 52 pages of never-before-seen artwork.
