New Dead Nation DLC Coming

Sony today announced some upcoming DLC for Dead Nation which they call Road to Devastation. This is story DLC, and it’ll pick up right where the game leaves off; you’ll wake up in a lab full of techie things (pictured), having been altered by scientists, and you’ll have to fight your way out. The DLC will feature branching plots, which is very cool.

There are no details about when this will be out or how much it will cost when it is; I think it might be a ways off still. I wonder if thy decided to do this to capitalize on all the free copies folks got as part of the Welcome Back program earlier this summer.
