New Dungeon Defenders Dev Diary Discusses Defensive Development
When last we left Dungeon Defenders, it was showing off its vast array of different features. In the video follow-up embedded below, the game focuses on a single aspect of its varied gameplay: the build phase.
Because Dungeon Defenders is partially a tower defense game, you’ll spend the initial portion of each round painstakingly crafting and placing static defenses. The various options for doing so are detailed in the video, along with a dubious emphasis on noted industry buzzword “player choice.”
Decide for yourself whether there is a lot of choice, and whether the choices look appealing, by watching the video.

If the combat itself is fun, this looks to be a very fun game from what I’ve seen thus far.
