New James Bond Game to Saunter, Tuxedo-clad, into Comic Con

Eagle-eyed Bond fans have spotted a mystery item on the list of games Activision is bringing to Comic Con. Alongside familiar franchise titles like Prototype, X-men, and Spider-man, a “new 007 game” has appeared. Speculation reigns as to the particulars.

Bizarre Creations, the company that produced last years James Bond 007: Blood Stone, is now closed. The new film isn’t due for a while. Most compelling is the speculation that this project will have something to do with the recent spate of Goldeneye-related domain name registration. Maybe Comic Con will bring news a of a high definition reboot along the lines of the Wii version that came out in 2010.

Got a theory of your own? Have you scuba dived into Bobby Kotick’s secret underwater base, seduced his big-haired secretary, and managed to find out more? Let us know in the comments.
