New Mass Effect 2 DLC Offers More Costumes

If you’re one of those folks who just picked up Mass Effect 2 for PS3, or if you’re still playing it on the PC or 360 (like our very own Phil Owen, who’s beat the game about 100 times), Bioware is about to offer up some new cosmetic DLC for you.

The second “Alternate Appearance” pack is due to release tomorrow, Feb. 8, and will provide new outfits for Tali, Miranda, and Grunt. Tali gets a new color scheme for the same outfit and Grunt gets a bunch of glowing lights. The biggest change is for Miranda, who actually gets armor to wear into combat, instead of that skin-tight jumpsuit.

You can see all three of the outfits in the picture above. The pack will run you 160 MS Points on 360, or 160 Bioware points on PC. There’s no price listed for the PS3 version of the DLC over at Bioware’s site, but 160 MS Points usually works out to about $2.

I’m glad you mentioned me, because I actually finished another playthrough this morning.

The real question is Yvonne Strahovski hotter in the skin tight jumpsuit or some ass kickin power armor?
