New Screens From GTA IV

Rockstar released four new screens of GTA IV and they are looking really good. Each screenshot speaks volumes in their own way. The one above for example blew me away by the detail put into Liberty City. Just look at the multiple power lines that are run across the city (which by the way, I recall you can climb up those poles).

From what I can tell from these screenshots, it looks like we’re all going to be indoors a lot this fall when GTA IV is released. And that’s a good thing.

    Though, there is this one thing that bugs me. Why isn’t there anything on the license plates? How hard could it be to add a function to randomize that?

    And, I want it on PC.. Screw consoles!

    Does anyone know which platform GTA4 is native to? Which platform it was developed for, PS3 or 360?

    Cos basically I’m going to buy the console it was built on. I want my GTA4 experience… pure.

    I can’t wait.

    They are developing it for both, Rockstar have however announced that the XBOX version will be a bit rubbish due to their lack of a guaranteed hard-drive.

    In keeping with the previouse versions, the PC version will more than likely have better resolution and possibly small extra features (the MP3 Player as a radio station for example). The PC version however will be out long after the consoles and you will need to have a beefy system to get a playable game.

    Every pic and movie released so far has been for the 360 version. In the end both versions will more or less be identical, but the 360 version will be getting the additional content via Xbox Live. So, if you want a “pure” experience, go with the 360. No need to miss out on the DLC if you waste money on the PS3 version.

    And Rockstar never said the 360 version was a bit “rubbish” They said both consoles have there challenges. Here is the link.

    Theres only one picture indoors dumbass. If not alot, atleast 1/4.

    Dan how did you not understand what he meanh by be indoors alot? :mad: retard. you are a shame to Carlos Mencia for using a deedeedee joke when YOU are the deedeedee. and besides, im willing to bet that most buildings will be enterable since they did good in San Andreas with the black van burglury missions and this game will have improved much of the commments that were negative on San Andreas. so douchbag, WE ARE GOING TO BE INDOORS ALOT THIS SUMMER!
