Dragoneer`s Aria `Summon Magic` Trailer (Divx)

There’s a new trailer up for Dragoneer’s Aria. This video shows how you’ll be able to capture monsters and then summon them in later battles. Essentially, all you have to do is kill enough of the same monster to collect their soul. Then you can equip them just like a magic spell and whip them out as needed. And, as related to the game‘s title, the dragons seem to be the most powerful creatures you can collect. Look for this game to be released on the PSP later this month.

    I would have to agree…looks like Pokemon to me, too.

    Now if there’s just a trio of legendary dragons and 4 others who do what you do that are very strong, but have been beaten by your rival, who you have to beat multiple times though the course of the game…

    Well, let’s hope its not THAT much alike. Something tells me it will end up like Digimon, too much like something more popular (and, most likely, deeper, because I can’t imagine a much more complex battle system than Pokemon that could be learned by the average person), and, eventually, forgotten.
