New Zentia Patch Enters the Temple (TRAILER)

Zentia’s web page describes the game as being “charmingly hardcore,” which I think is probably marketing-speak for “this game is super-frustrating, but it has kittens.” With patch 1.4, the developers promise that the game has gotten “even more hardcore,” which still seems like a weird selling point for a free-to-play MMO whose aesthetic puts it somewhere between the budget fantasy of Prius Online and the cartoonishness of AdventureQuest Worlds.

That aside, the trailer below shows off some cool-looking enemies and environments that seem to hail from the imagination of a Chinese animator trying to fuse Ankgor Wat and Chichen Itza while on a three-day meth bender. There’s also some seriously bizarre music. Check it out:
