That Pixies album showing up for Rock Band next week? Yeah, it looks like some wrong information got out there, so their Doolittle album is actually due out the following week on June 24th. That’s what Harmonix has now stated, and they even released the actual list of tracks slated for next week:
- “Afterlife” (Avenged Sevenfold)
- “Critical Acclaim” (Avenged Sevenfold)
- “Hammerhead” (The Offspring)
- “Rock N Roll Dream” (Crooked X)
So no Pixies for now, but we are getting some Avenged Sevenfold and The Offspring. That should please someone out there. All these songs will cost $1.99, except for Crooked X’s track, which will cost $0.99. Most likely, you can expect to see these tracks hitting Xbox Live on Wednesday, followed by the PSN on Thursday.
