No New Nintendo Games Until August

I hope everyone that bought Wii Fit is enjoying it, because that’s all you’re getting from Nintendo for the next few months. Game|Life recently confirmed with the company that there won’t be any first-party titles for the Wii until Super Mario Sluggers comes out on August 25th. And given the fact that third-party support for the console isn’t too hot, you can probably expect a pretty boring summer on the Wii side of things. Unless any other ladies out there want to show their mad hula hooping skills for all the world on YouTube.

    It’s a good thing I consider my Wii as a second-tier console.

Well I’m sure there will still be plenty of releases on the Virtual Console and WiiWare. Besides that Mario Kart Wii has plenty of replayability with the online play.

So 8 weeks now equals “a few months”? Nice writing
