Noteworthy: Game Music Bundle Offers Five Soundtracks for $1

In the background of every great game there’s an equally great soundtrack. Now you can get five of them for the low price of $1 as part of the Game Music Bundle 4. That minimum payment will reward you with the soundtracks to some indie greats, including Spelunky, Dear Esther, Shoot Many Robots, Retro City Rampage, and Indie Game: The Movie. The last one features original work by Jim Guthrie, the Canadian singer-songwriter responsible for the outstanding soundtrack to one of our favorite indie titles, Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP.

If you’re willing to pony up $10, there’s a second tier of the Game Music Bundle 4 that throws in four more albums, including Joypad Powerup, Kanto Symphony EP, Jottobots, and Adventures in Pixels. You’ll also get a single of the Skyrim main theme as performed by Peter Hollens and Lindsey Stirling. Yes, two people. It’s mind-blowing, and you can hear a sample of  — and watch Hollens and Stirling pseudo-LARP to — it in this YouTube video.
