Old School Sunday; Kid Niki: Radical Ninja

Kid Niki, the Radical Ninja, is training at his Ninja school when all of a sudden, a bird is shot dead at his feet with a letter on it saying his girlfriend, Princess Margo, has been kidnapped by Stone Wizard. That’s really all you need to know about this classic NES game. It was a very simple, side-scrolling action game, where you face a boss battle at the end of each level. It wasn’t particularly hard in any way, but it was just a fun game to play. It’s a perfect example of how simple gameplay is sometimes enough to make it a great game.

Ya Gotta love that gameplay .. and the NES. Now those were the days. You just sit back turn on the NES, and play some 16-bit gaming. I used and abused my NES til the day it went up in smoke.
