It’s a good day to be a Persona fan, as Atlus has today announced that it will be bringing Persona 3 FES (which is short for Festival; it was released in Japan as an expansion pack) to North America as a standalone game – with an enhanced version of the original Persona 3 – for $29.99.
A copy of the original Persona 3 won’t be required to play, but if you’ve still got your save files left over, you’ll be able to transfer some of that into the new game. And, should you just want to jump into the new FES content, you’ll be able to do that without having to complete the original game.
The game is set for release on April 22. We’ve got screens and the trailer above to keep occupied in the meantime, or you can check out the game’s official website.

Hmmm….isn’t that around the time GTA IV comes out? I would love to get into this game though, so I’ll probably pick it up May or June. So many games, so little time.
