Peter Molyneux Needs To Change Curiosity’s Name

Aaaand now we have a clearer picture of why Peter Molyneux’s upcoming game, Curiosity, was suddenly delayed into some unspecified time in September. It seems that NASA’s run by some rather canny people, and they trademarked ‘Curiosity’ (remember that rover they’ve got exploring the surface of Mars. Sure you do, even though ZOMG ELECTIONS!) As a result, Molyneux can’t use it as the name of his game.

To resolve the matter, he took to twitter to request suggestions from the fans. They’re probably going to take the best of what the fans suggest (unless they think of some of their own). In the meantime, go and make suggestions. Just not anything NASA might be using.
