Pre-Order Indie Horror Game Home Today for $2
I recently got done checking out and thoroughly enjoying Lone Survivor, a side-scrolling indie survival horror title, which is why I’m excited to check out Home — another side-scrolling indie survival horror title.
Home, from developer Benjamin Rivers, also uses retro, pixelated graphics in its art style, much like Lone Survivor. It also sounds like an interesting and singular take on the genre, much like Lone Survivor. Here’s how it’s described on the game’s official website:
Awakened by an oncoming storm, you open your eyes to discover yourself in a strange, dark room—tucked away in a house that’s not yours.
As you play the game, it changes—subtly, almost imperceptibly—to reflect your perspective. It’s a horror game unlike any other, and as you’ll discover, its truths are entirely subjective.
If that sounds cool to you, I have good ones: you can pre-order the game right now. A digital download will run you a measly $2 (which is simply awesome). There also are limited quantities of a limited, physical edition of the game, which packs a case, a map of the house in question, some items from the game such as a floppy disc, and more. That’ll run you a measly $20.
Hit this link to learn more about Home or secure your pre-order. Home is due to drop on June 1.
