PS4 Used Game Instructional Video Applies Salt to Wound

I feel like I just attended a boxing match that ended in one round with the challenger (or is it the champ?) winding up in the hospital.

After a glorious showing at E3 2013 that showcased indie games and assuring players there would be no online connectivity requirement for the Playstation 4, as well as committing to backward compatibility and a host of other features players have been clamoring for, Sony dealt another critical hit against Microsoft’s Xbox One: there’s no requirement stalling players from lending games or selling and buying used titles.

Just to rub some salt seriously deep into a huge, gaping wound, Sony released this video illustrating just how players can go about sharing their games. Enjoy.

I love you again Sony- you’ve redeemed yourselves from PS3 insano-pricing. In a giant, glorious way. This is what everyone, everywhere wants to hear :D :D

That was ing brilliant. I can’t help but wonder if they didn’t strongly hint that they would be going to the route of totalitarianism-DRM that Microsoft is, just to dupe the fools into the mess they’ve created. Other than the abhorrent news that PS4 will require PS+ for multiplayer, this is the death blow to Xboxone.

Good will win the day. I’m not pretending Sony are that bothered about what their customers think but they ARE better than Microsoft, who are starting to make the Turkish government look diplomatic.

I’m probably not going to bother with the PS4, as I’m happy with my PC/Wii U combo, but I’ll give them credit. That was pretty funny to watch. :D
