PSA: Battlefield 4 Beta Invites Are Fakes — Avoid ‘Em

Apparently, there are bogus Battlefield 4 beta invite emails floating around the Internet, but if you see one, you should avoid it — it’s a phishing scam, attempting to steal personal information from unsuspecting gamers.

The news was fired off in a Twitter update by Electronic Arts Community Manager J. Goldberg: “I’d like to remind everyone that all of the ‘BF4 Beta Signup’ websites are scam/phishing sites. Please do not lose your account info to them.”

So there you have it. Keep an eye out for potentially bogus emails and keep your login information under control.
